The Customer Service Office is the front door to Eletoyia. Sales engineers, project coordinators and the after-sales team all work from here, so whether you are asking for a first quote or reporting a fault on a system installed years ago, this is where your request lands.
Walk-in visits are welcome during office hours, though we recommend calling ahead so the right engineer is available. Free site surveys across Cyprus are booked from this office, usually within a few working days of your enquiry.
This is also where system monitoring is reviewed. Our team keeps an eye on production data from every Eletoyia installation and reaches out proactively when something looks wrong.
